How do I make my return?
Making a return is easy, simply contact us via email (styxhair@gmail.com) or send us a DM via instagram (@styxhair) and we will send you return instructions. Please read our return and refund policy on this page to determine what your order qualifies for.
When will I receive my reimbursement after it’s been processed?
If it were up to us, immediately. However, most banks and financial institutions take about 3-5 days to process refunds, and sometimes longer. Please wait at least 7 days before reaching out about a pending refund. In any case, your credit card provider will be the best equipped to give you more information.
Can I return my order if its been opened?
We take the health and safety of our clients very seriously, and for that reason, can’t accept returns for full refunds of any opened items. Human hair extensions are considered hygienic products and have to be handled carefully to protect customers and our staff. You may exchange your items or request store credit for opened items BUT no returns or exchanges are offered for hair extensions that have been altered in ANY WAY. Please read our full return policy for more information.
When will my reimbursement be issued?
After we double-check that your returned item hasn’t been opened or used, we’ll issue a full refund to the original payment method. After that, your reimbursement should land in your account within 5-7 business days. After receiving a return for store credit, store credit should be processed immediately upon processing the return. Exchanges are processed within 1-3 days of receiving the return.
Will my shipping be refunded?
Unless there was a error made by STYX, all return shipping is paid for by the customer. Unless there was a error made by STYX, STYX does not refund any shipping costs associated with the original order. Once we’ve received your return request, we will contact you with return instructions. Once your return has been received, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.

We use FedEx or USPS to bring our wefts to you. You can make convenient returns using USPS, as well.
